Are there games for the Wii without having to excercise the Balance Board?

I seriously need to lose inches. I'm eating but I need some exercises that help lose inches in my hips and the size that I can do inside and I have a Nintendo Wii, but no Wii Fit Balance Board or. Does that do not require a balance board? Thank you in advance.
